Porsha Williams walked the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Roaring 20s premiere carpet and told Page Six she’ll be back for Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 18 — she just isn’t privy to anybody else’s contract. Separately, Bravo dropped a reunion sneak peek of Porsha and K. Michelle going at it over Nash, the Queen’s Court ex in the middle of their friendship freeze. KEMPIRE also clocked Ashley Darby’s Instagram Story “OG’s only” club photo with Gizelle, Wendy Osefo, and Karen Huger — timing that reads like another rough Potomac stretch for Stacey Rusch. Reunion Sunday is loading. Whose side are you on?
Ashley Said “OG’s Only” — and Wendy’s Season 5 Math Just Sitting There
Look, Ashley posted herself with Gizelle Bryant, Dr. Wendy Osefo, and Karen Huger and captioned it like an original-gangster membership card. KEMPIRE’s read is simple: Stacey already has a hard season coming — remarriage on camera, group friction, the whole quirky-energy package that made her a fan favorite also made her a target. Just saying — Wendy has been there since Season 5, not Season 1, so the “OG” flex is doing more shade work than history homework. He’s heard Potomac tension isn’t about the cannabis or the TJ storyline on the surface. Some of these women don’t want to say the real thing: they’re mad a newcomer leaned into the fans and won. The RHUGT premiere party reportedly had a visible separation in the Potomac group, and that Instagram Story is the receipt fans were meant to screenshot. We shall see how it plays once the season airs — but Stacey should brace.
“You’re a whole married woman. There’s no reason — but even if it wasn’t about that…”
Porsha Said “I’ll Be Back.” Contracts for Everybody Else? Not Her Business.
Here’s the thing. The Jasmine Brand floated that Season 18 contracts went out without naming who got one. Porsha didn’t play coy on the carpet: she’ll be back; she doesn’t know about anyone else’s paperwork. Not surprising if you’ve been watching her NBCUniversal footprint — that check is stacked beyond one Housewives franchise. On NeNe Leakes, Porsha and Cynthia Bailey both gave the safe red-carpet answer: they’d love to see NeNe return. KEMPIRE already gave NeNe the GOAT flowers this week, and he’s not arguing with anybody about it. Sidebar on the premiere itself: if NeNe was invited to that party, she would have been there. He doesn’t buy the “dealing with her son” excuse for an empty chair when the invite actually lands. Two things can be true — the ladies can clap for NeNe in interviews and still leave the seating chart alone. Read between the lines on who Bravo is locking in first.
Take a Listen — Because Bravo Won’t Let Him Show You the Clip
The sneak peek is Porsha versus K. Michelle over Nash — the Queen’s Court dating-show connection who later talked in interviews KEMPIRE already covered. On the couch, K. Michelle frames him as the barrier that kept a friendship from growing. Porsha’s counter lands hard: you’re married, so why is this even a friendship veto — and why are you acting like you know what he’s saying about dating when you don’t know her? Production even has Sway backstage at the reunion; KEMPIRE doesn’t expect him to walk out on stage, but the optics of him being in the building while this airs is wild. K. Michelle tries to put it on “don’t listen to no man,” after creating a lot of this drama herself — including that other man she was interviewing with producers before the rushed Casten marriage two weeks before filming. Read between the lines. Then comes the money shot: Porsha asks which K. Michelle she’s talking to. K. Michelle says there’s probably about four. Porsha’s like, there’s more than that. Old antics — “go shake the table,” keep-my-eye-on-her impersonation, thank-you-for-retelling-me texts that somehow become online warfare again — aren’t landing the way they used to.
So Is This Resolvable — or Just Season-One Noise Before Season Two?
I’m keeping an open mind that Porsha and K. Michelle can figure it out for another season. Nothing in that sneak peek looks unresolvable if egos cool down after the three-part reunion. KEMPIRE still thinks production wants K. Michelle back — Andy likes new Housewives to get at least two seasons, and once you strip the self-made Nash mess, she made sense on the Shamea of it all. The problem this season was manufacturing conflict that didn’t need to exist, then performing one version privately and another for the timeline. Say what you want about K. Michelle — she’s no dummy — but the dual act is why fans are asking if any of it is real. Y’all tell me: are you team Porsha on this Nash read, or do you think K. Michelle had a right to freeze the friendship? And separately — does Ashley’s “OG’s only” club feel like veteran bonding, or a dig dressed up as nostalgia? Drop it below. Here we go.
